1 star is 1 too many

1 star is 1 too many. Awfull service.
Bought the wrong item after incorrect customer service advice and Samsung refused to rectify to send the right one without me cancelling order and paying significantly more.
Customer service is non existent.

Samsung products…Horrible cust service

I have been buying Samsung products for 20 years! Dealing with customer support agents from 3rd world countries, can't speak clear english, long hold times every time I call, Oh and that's after the ridiculous automated systems. When asked to be transferred to a U.S. CSR, I am told NO, they can't do that?!
I called for a replacement of a defective water pitcher on my $2000 fridge that I purchased 9 months ago. It's been 3 weeks and no replacement, no update and they can't tell me when I'll receive it, even though they know it was shipped 4 days after my order with a csr rep! Why do we use companies from 3rd world countries instead of ones in the U.S.? This happens with every company that I call upon. As a hard working, tax paying U.S. citizen, I only wish that our companies would employ CSR's from this country, period. I have tried to have patience with Samsung for years, I am sooo tired of the disrespectful cust service that I have received and it's only gotten worse in the last 6 years.

There are companies that deserve…less than 1 Samsung is one of them

There are companies that deserve negative ratings. Samsung is one of those. They pass you around and around. They advertise one price and charge you significantly more then give you the run around all departments when you call to ask about it (Yeah it wasn't just you!). They say they are giving you to a supervisor only to find you are back in the original queue. The employees seem to operate on the idea that the customer does not know best. They put you on hold for long periods of time while they record the problem. Their telephone system doesn't recognize you pushing the number 1. Their phone system doesn't recognize your voice even when yelling. You must call at least 27 times before you even begin to get your issue resolved. They don't understand your voice and you don't understand their accent. They think it is ok to tell your problem over and over again to each employee you talk to even if you have already talked to 26 people before.

Dead to Me

I declare today as long as I have breath in this passing body, I will never own a Samsung product again, and I suggest neither should you. They are an anathema and they are dead to me. Never. Again. 😡

I cant even waste more time on explaining this. In a nut-shell - I spent over 2 hours on the phone, speaking to over 11 people!!!! 11 times I was passed around, and for what? To fix a stupid refrigerator. Il never get that time of my life back.

I look forward to the day I can laugh about this, but today is not that day. I hope Samsung can see this and know that I am now an anti-Samsung evangelist. Good Job Samsung.

And dont bother replying to this... there is nothing you can do to make this better.

There is a chronical problem for samsung phones

I had a samsung a51 cell phone. It was working properly and one day it restarted suddenly and stucked on logo screen, it couldn't turn on or turn off. I brought my phone to samsung authorized service. They said to me "we can not fix it becuse it was come from another country". They didn't fix it.
When I investigate on the internet, actually samsung phones like bomb. There are too much complaint about that problem. A lot of person had same issue. I never trust samsung phones anymore. I lost my data and I should buy a new phone, after that I should install and setup my all apps, it will take too much time. If you use samsung phone you should throw to garbage, because you never know when it will stuck on startup screen and broken. You will lost your data and your time. I hate samsung, I will never use a samsung in my life.

Big mistake by buying the Flip phone…

Big mistake by buying the Flip phone from Samsung. Not even 6 months and the screen where it folds is cracking. Now, the phone is under warranty and I called them. Of course, this is not covered under the warranty. Don't buy it. It's a junk... Now, they want me to get a great deal by buying the new Flip phone. Crazy, I am going to Apple.

Avoid Samsung At All Cost!

This company does not honor its committments, you buy Samsung Care+, they confirm by email that yes you have activated it along with the pre-ordered galaxy phone, but when a screen cracks they never honor their committment towards you. Very very Unsatisfied, and their customer service is a joke. Nobody gives you a straight answer. Very arrogant company. Samsung offers cheap products at high prices, and we get to be the victims.

Buyer Beware!

Beware when ordering home appliances. Either Samsung and/or its delivery carrier seems to employ a bait/switch tactic. I selected a delivery date for a new washer/dryer and received confirmation, then 1 hour before delivery I received a call stating that the items could not be delivered due to a "carrier incident". I was then asked to reschedule my delivery for 2 WEEKS LATER at the earliest. When I contacted Samsung, they stated that the carrier was overcapacity which only makes my belief more valid. I had already disconnected my old washer/dryer in anticipation of delivery. Ultimately Samsung bears responsibility for this issue. I own several Samsung products, but I will not be purchasing any additional Samsung branded products in the future.

Buyer Beware! Expensive appliances that are not back up by the manufacturer.

I have a washer dryer set from Samsung. In 6 years, I am on my 4th dryer and now my washing machine is leaking and making a banging noise. Called Samsung, sorry, I can’t help you. Our washers are made to last 7 years so we are so sorry.
I have had nothing but trouble out of both of these appliances.
I paid over $2000 for the washing machine. Save yourself a LOT of money and buy something other than Samsung. They do not stand behind their products. 7 years is laughable.
